Located in a residential community near the sea, the design of this residence aimed to create comfortable living spaces for a family within a small-sized plot.

The design concept focused on achieving a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, maximizing openness despite the narrow plot. To accomplish this, large corner windows were incorporated throughout many of the rooms. The main entrance to the property is at street level, where a pedestrian pathway leads to the front door. The ground floor houses the common living areas along with one bedroom. The upper floor features two family suites, each with expansive windows that enhance the connection to the terraces. On the lower level, the residence includes a gym, a spa, game rooms, and a laundry area.
