Nestled in an exclusive residential community surrounded by a stunning natural environment, this residence was designed to provide a serene living space for a family immersed in nature.

The architectural concept aimed to accommodate two families within the same residence. To achieve this, an L-shaped layout was chosen, allowing each wing to function independently while maintaining a cohesive design. Situated on steep terrain, the residence was conceived as a contrast between the solid, grounded lower volume and the lighter, more open upper levels. Due to the site's pronounced slope, a landscaped patio was incorporated in the area where the house meets the ground, ensuring natural light and cross-ventilation for both the ground and first floors. This design creates a dual façade effect in the living room, enhancing openness and connection to the outdoors. The ground floor hosts the common living spaces and a bedroom in one wing, while the perpendicular wing includes two additional bedrooms, a living area, and a kitchen. The materiality of the lower level emphasizes solidity, contrasting with the lightness of the upper volumes. The main entrance to the property is at the upper level, where the garage is also located for convenient access.
