Located in a residential community near the sea, surrounded by an attractive dune landscape, this residence was designed to create comfortable living spaces for a family within a compact plot.

The design concept aimed to achieve a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, maximizing openness despite the limited dimensions of both the house and the plot. To enhance this effect, large corner windows were incorporated into most rooms. The main entrance to the property is at street level, leading to a pedestrian walkway that guides visitors to the entrance, while the garage is accessed from a lower level. The ground floor houses the common living areas and a bedroom. The upper floor features two family suites with large windows that enhance the connection to the terraces and offer sea views. The lower level includes a garage, gym, and laundry room.
