Located in an exclusive residential community in Benalmádena, surrounded by a stunning natural setting with sea views, the design of this residential complex was conceived to create living spaces for eight families while ensuring a high level of privacy.

The architectural concept focused on adapting the building to the steep terrain while maximizing openness toward the breathtaking views. Each apartment features expansive private terraces, some of which are partially landscaped. Due to the site's steep slope, landscaped patios have been integrated into areas in contact with the ground, enhancing natural light and cross ventilation.
